The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa - Sha Extra Plus, Patong

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and just a 5-minute walk to the beach, offering a mix of affordable pricing. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, although some found the beds too hard. The service was hit or miss - while some staff were friendly and accommodating, others were unhelpful or shifted blame. The dining options were decent, with separate halal and non-halal food choices. Overall, a centrally located hotel with a mix of positive and negative experiences.

The hotel was not as per our expectation, old, musty, and noisy due to its proximity to a night club. However, the service was amazing, with kind and extremely helpful staff, particularly the pool staff and supervisor 'O'. The location was great, central with easy access to shopping spots and nightlife. On the downside, the dining experience was not what one would expect from a 5-star establishment.

The hotel has the best view, and all facilities are very clean. However, the variety of breakfast options is very poor. The connection to the pool is convenient.

The hotel has a nice blue beautiful interior, but our room felt unclean, and housekeeping only sprayed freshener spray. The staff, especially Mr Butt, were kind and helpful, even saving us money on a taxi. The location is wise and nearby everything, a bit far from the beach. The dining was average, lacking tables, but the omelettes and waffles were delicious. Overall, it's a mixed experience with room cleanliness as a downside and friendly staff as a highlight.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the Patong action, perfect for the hustle and bustle of the town. The rooms, though clean and spacious, had a mix-up during check-in, and housekeeping was not up to standard. However, the place is at the center of the action with easy access to major attractions.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, being in central Patong near the beach and mall with so much to explore. The rooms were quite spacious and extremely clean, though I was a bit bothered by the street noise from the music. The service was exceptional and they promptly responded to my requests for extra pillows and blankets. Unfortunately, the dining experience was poor for vegetarians and halal eaters. The facilities were okay, but there were some issues with the pool needing maintenance.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, especially the poolside view. The availability of halal food at the Casablanca restaurant was a great bonus, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Initially, there was some noise, but it was quickly resolved by moving to a quieter part of the hotel.
